Back to school....makes for a great time for Highlights!

With very young kids, we haven't made it to the traditional Highlights magazine that I remember as a child, but they both love the Highlights High Five magazine (for ages 2-6)!

Although we don't spend much time reading the magazines during the Spring and Summer because there is just too much to do outside (in the sweltering heat, I might add) that my two boys won't sit down for very long, we do take the time to read the magazines cover to cover in the fall and winter! If you have older kids, they also have the traditional Highlights magazine, a new magazine called Puzzle Buzz and a set of books called Hidden Pictures Playground! I can't wait to try these when my kids get a little older! Highlights for Children is the world’s best-loved educational magazine, offering Hidden Pictures, stories, articles, and tons of craft ideas for kids in every issue!

While you're there checking out the magazines, check out the online store! There are some really great items for kids that really spark creativity and imaginative play!
