...a little crying...a sore stomach...and a desire to rip the IV out...
All this in a morning of a 2.5 year old! He survived not eating at all on Sunday, sitting in Dallas traffic on a Monday morning, and getting poked and prodded! He's a little trooper (and I am sure much better behaved than many adults)! Nothing apparent was found, so looks like it won't be an easy answer, but at the same time, nothing so terrible that he won't be "normal" someday! Yeah! He woke up and immediately ripped off the oxygen mask, pulled off the ET finger (pulse ox), and attempted to get the IV out of his hand before we convinced him it was better that the nurse take that out! He was allowed to go home about 15 minutes after he woke up, and being the smart little guy that he is asked to stop at Target to go toy shopping on the way home! He is now the proud owner of a set of Sesame Street vehicles, and a cool new trash truck!

I am so happy the day is done for all of you! And hey, there's nothing better than a new truck. :)
Hugs, thought of you all day.

Oh bless his heart!
Are you sure he's 2 1/2? He is a brave little boy. I'm glad there is nothing serious wrong.
