St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and the Beaches of Florida - maybe we'll fit in a romantic getaway for two!?

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of St Augustine, Ponte Vedra & The Beaches, Florida. All opinions are 100% mine.

We are still trying to figure out our family vacation this summer but I am starting to think that it would be really nice to fit in a romantic getaway for just my husband and I and St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and the Beaches for a Florida looks like it might be a getaway unlike any other. Here, brick streets lead to historic churches, living history museums, antiques stores, charming restaurants and B&Bs, and shops. A centuries-old fort stands guard, horse-drawn carriages clip-clop through the historic district, and ghost tours show you the area’s secrets.

Visit Romance Lives Here to plan your dream couple's getaway.  There are great activities from golf, to touring a multitude of art galleries to just relaxing on the beach.  Visit the kooky and spooky sights of St. Augustine while visiting the Love Tree Cafe, the Fountain of Youth, or The Secret Chamber in the Castillo de San Marcos. You can even take a ghost cruise...but if you're not up for the spooky or kooky, you can sit back and enjoy the beach - rent a jet ski or take surfing lessons!

The Hilton St. Augustin Bayfront is a charming, vibrant Spanish Colonial Period structure that consists of 19 different buildings set around an inner courtyard and connected by an interior corridor. The buildings were inspired by the Second Spanish Colonial historic period, with wooden balconies, cedar-shake & tile roofs, with different elevations and colors that allow it to blend in with its surroundings.  This definitely looks like a great place to vacation!

Where are you going this summer?  We're still trying to figure it out, but Florida is definitely nearing the top of the list, and we haven't really been to too many places in Florida, but it's not much more than a day's drive so it just might work out!
