I knew that someday I would be a mother, but I never realized how much it would change how I looked at everyday life! I never realized how precious every minute of everyday with my children would become and how quickly they would grow and change. There are many days when I wish I could turn back to the clock to when I first held them in my arms....to when I first became their "mom"!

My husband and I were really the first of our friends to have kids, so we weren't around babies. I was the youngest, so I never really cared for younger children and when it came to having my own children, I read the books, read the magazines, and read the online forums, but nothing prepared me for the emotions that engulfed me when my first-born cried in the delivery room.
