The bottle comes with 120 vitamins, but the recommended dose is to give a child 4 gummies a day, so although this bottle is a 30-day supply we just don't remember to evenly space out 4 gummies and I don't feel right giving them 4 cane sugar-coated gummies at bedtime which is when we typically give vitamins (it's just not feasible at lunch or snack for our house, we're on the go too much!)!  My oldest really likes Smarty Pants, not only for the flavor but also the texture, and Flinstone's can sometimes be a challenge so we'll likely try these again it will just take a switch to our current routine to a morning set of vitamins!
